I am going through the file cleanup process right now due to the full drive of my phone. The experience to clear the phone is tedious and slow. It offers suggestions which cannot be bulk selected and the process ends up being slow and serial (to free up a large amount of data takes many suggestions!) and at the end of the flow the app just exits, so you have to open the app back up each time and go through the next suggestion. Bad UX, file managers have been well understood for decades.

Great way to store and fetch files. Managing SD cards and external storage couldn't be easier. Easy to keep track of documents and so easy to pull to print or email them when ready. The only thing and I don't know if this is phone or app related but there is sometimes a failure in communication from phone to memory card/external storage and vice versa. I've been dealing with random storage unit unmounts and inability to retrieve documents from one or the other. I hope this is a fixable issue.

I've been satisfied with this app up until today when I discovered all my documents, downloaded files (except a fee), screenshots and ringtones are gone. Not in internal storage either. I've force stopped, restarted, cleared cache and uninstalled updates. 100% certain nothing there's no cloud service and set to delete afterwards. Three Pixels, including this 9 Pro since January, and never had this oroblem. Can restore some but not sure what files are permanently missing. Very annoyed and angry
