Must manually log in to check prescriptions, as the fingerprint no longer works. No place to change this either. Have to "allow access to my account name, email, and phone number" each time I log in. Will not save in the app for some reason. Recommend making the app work like 99% of all other apps. Quick login with the method I choose (manual, fingerprint, pin, etc). And stop asking me to approve access I've approved countless times.

I love the HEB app. I just wish it didn't error so often. I use this app all the time for curbside ordering and to find items in store. I use the app to check to see if they carry something before I drive there. But, I feel like I'm always getting error messages. I have to stop shopping and wait for it to work again. It gets frustrating. It's still a time saver on the busy weekends.

Stopped working after last update. tried uninstalling and reinstalling it and it still errors out when you try to log in. It just gets stuck in a boot loop asking you to enter the code emailed to you. Then when you do it just crashes the app and you have to try to launch it again but it does the same thing over. It worked perfectly fine before. Unfortunately, several of the offers in store you have to scan the code with the app. they don't have separate coupons that you can take with you.
