It worked fine for a little while and then I had an update and now I can't even log in tried the help desk to resolve the issue but no help there sorry I can't wait hours on the phone for someone to tell me I don't know. I'm supposed to be able to check my subs and shorts and can't even do it now what's the sense in having an app if we have to keep going through this much trouble it's not making our life easier it's making it harder.

The app has periods where it reports that I have 0 shifts for a given week even though I had already checked previously and seen that I had 40 hours scheduled. It is currently telling me that the app needs to be updated, but also that I am using the current version. I tried reaching out to the app's support team and got no response for over two weeks now.

nice to some extent when it works. way to many security hoops to just theough just to login or view areas within the app. Okta is useless. Use Google authenticator it's better. Can we have better "dumbed down" ways to surf the app? it's shouldn't be so hard to find something one is looking for
