I've been a customer for over a year now..and I would have said all's well, but it seems lately, I'm using all my data updating the app! Every time I open it, it seems it's got to be updated! And, for the life of me, I can't see a damn thing they did differently! very frustrating! The service, however, is pretty reliable, and you can't complain about the cost of zero!

Their free cellphones are well made and well constructed. They also offer a lot more personal choice and ways of functioning through settings and other controls so you can have a phone that operates the way you want and is an extension of your life, your time, and your style. Air Talk Wireless seems to always keep their customers in mind and at the top of the pyramid before anything else. I highly recommend this company!

wait time has been over an hour for customer service. even 2 hrs waiting. I just left it on speaker. when I speak to customer service I have to say they have been helpful. I can't access the app keep saying I'm unfound. so I been missing out on the buy one get one free. due to this. not able to change my password. contacted customer service they changed it. still can't access the app. WHAT GIVES? I'm missing out on a lot. I can access it on the web. it won't let me buy one get one free.
