Doesn't' work with accounts created too long ago. When you have an existing subscription creating a new account isn't that simple. This should work with all accounts not just new ones. Edit: I contacted customer support and they said they could cancel my subscription for me and I could enroll in a new one but I would need to use a new email. Not helpful at all. Fix the product so my account works.
