BancFirst's mobile app has always been very convenient and functional. If you submit a question or a suggestion, they respond politely. The iPhone app functions a little more smoothly than the android, but they always get the glitches worked out quickly and they have never made a computation error and have never misdirected my money! i do wish we were allowed the option to include our own phone number on our checks, and that the memo line allowed more characters. Pls!

App used to be in an easily readable format. Now, because they have tried to enlarge everything, it is more difficult to read. Please take it back to previous format. The only thing this newer version has that I like are the transfer buttons for each account. Please take the font size back down to previous version.

numerous numerous security issues with this app now! please be aware if you're going to use this app instead of your online desktop 'online banking', you could be at risk, especially if you have been a part of any data breaches related to your cellular device, the security is suboptimal sometimes the two-factor identification works, most the time it does not. you set your preferences for push notifications you go back in and those are unchecked, & other settings are changed. Dangerous.
