Having a few conflicts. There is a "sister " app CVS OTC Solutions which I am supposed to use with my Sharp Health Plan, but is far glitchier than this one . Most of the time I can't log on. This app says that I am eligible for certain categories of items that I get the "not eligible" response. However, if the item that shows "not eligible" is in a category that you successfully made a purchase before, bring the item to the checkout anyway. Often it will be approved.

This was a great app until it was "upgraded". Before, I could easily see fund balance, locate vendors, and find product eligibility. Now it's difficult to even begin to use as a text code is required with every log in. It doesn't remember the device at all. Plus it's easy to make a mistake, meaning having to start over, entering user name, password and code. So disappointing!

The app only shows 4 stores, 3 of which don't exist in my area. The major retailers, Walmart and Walgreens aren't listed. It's annoying scanning multiple items to see if they're eligible, most of which are not. I have to use the website which defeats the purpose of the app. Not to mention I can't figure out the brand names and I was able to purchased items that weren't on the list. 🤷 With that said, the items I am able to purchase save me a great deal between vitamins, and allergy medication.
