Ratings and reviews

Don't expect to get any discount. I had a perfect driving record, and the app said I was on my way to a discount, but when the policy renewal time came up, the discount dropped to 0% for no reason. Every drive recorded gives a check mark for smoothness, but despite this, my overall score for smoothness dropped to 2%, and my premium drastically increased despite maintaining a perfect record. Sent an email, received no response.

This app shows me as the driver when I'm not even in my own car. I am a passenger, and yet it is logging a trip as me as the driver. Now, with the new upgrade, I can't even change that, so my driving record will be adversely affected. So you feedback to change the passenger as the user of the phone does not work. No matter how many times I try change that, it does not save it. This is the same thing that happens when I am not the driver, but even in my own vehicle - Your update is faulty.

This app is unreliable. It has improved over the last few months, but it still isn't ready for use. An example is just now: it decided i have been speeding in the past. Just out of the blue, arbitrarily, and retroactively; i can't even see far back enough to correct it. It uses gps to asses your speed, but that needs to change as well because there are numerous instances of the posted speed limit being higher than what google maps says, or on the rare occasion, lower.
