Absolutely Miserable Experience, after the first few months my app has just completely bricked itself, it won't properly load any of my trips anymore (meaning I can't edit any of them or correct them if I was driver/passenger) and it's been extremely frustrating, I always strive to be an amazing driver, always going at and below the speed limit, accelerating smoothly for maximum fuel efficiency, the works, but this app is so broken it doesn't even register trips properly anymore.

I like how it shows the route info of the drive. I found it's much too sensitive to pin acceleration or breaking. Sometimes you get cut off and have to stop fast. Or you have to speed up to merge in. This has to be corrected! Sometimes the trip does not get logged. This should be fixed!

First, it took over a year before they fixed the app so I could see my data. Now that I can, more often than not it thinks I'm the driver when I'm not, or the passenger when I'm driving. It's said I'm not driving at a safe speed, presumably because I was going much too slowly on a 400 series highway. Well, I couldn't go any faster because of construction once and an accident another time. Given how poor the app is, I'm concerned my rates will be affected.
