Awful, and I would give it zero stars if I could. No matter how many times you enter your password, it keeps on crashing. And when the same password is used after the app gets reinstalled ... then it magically works. I wish this app didn't exist so that at least you don't depend on it in lieu of a physical badge.

The app is unstable. It doesn't retain login details for even 5 seconds. I don't know why I bothered updating and trying to log in today, thinking I'd be able to use my mobile badge. Of course I can't, even though my phone is a registered device, I still needed to access my corporate email... But that wasn't enough either, even after logging in for a FOURTH TIME. Now I need my RSA secure token ID, which is at home. Why bother registering my device when your app claims it's not? Constant crashes.

The app never wants to load my employee info so I can't utilize it. The button at the authentication page when selecting region, literally does nothing. It is a line of text with no function other than to increase employee frustrations.
