lock used to be easily bluetooth connected. Disconmected on me recently. Now I can't get my lock to stay in pairing mode as it fails and red blinks/beeps 3 times within seconds of placing in pairing mode. App does me no good now since it can't pair anymore. By the way, this worked fine for about a year, following this, I've had to go through the pairing process several times up to now where it doesn't pair at all. I've had this lock less than 3 years. Smart lock turned DUMB!

I downloaded and opened the app and created an account. The app told me to check my email for a "verification number." It's the next day, email never received. Can't open the app-leaving it unopened and unusable. Update: Thank you for the suggestion to check the junk folder. I checked then requested a resend, per the suggestion. Still waiting... I'll reach out to the site mentioned.

Set up was easy and straightforward and everything worked. No idea how long this will go for but initial experience has been good. The UI is pretty intuitive so far. Update: Spoke too soon. I opened the app a day later after setup and "my home" was gone. Trying to log out failed a few times but then eventually worked after clicking around. Logging back in seemed to fix the problem as my luck reappeared. update: it worked ok for a while but I had to make a network change and there are no options
