For owners with model year 2019 or newer vehicles*, the Mercedes-Benz app gives you access to your vehicle from anywhere.

With the Mercedes-Benz app on your device, you have direct access to your vehicle at all times. View data like mileage, fuel level and more, find your vehicle’s location, or take action with convenient features like Remote Engine Start and Remote Lock/Unlock.

Terrible app. It glitches a lot. I couldn't turn on the engine remotely because it shows that my car is unlocked while my car is locked and windows are closed. Don't waste your money. It also doesn't send out any email notifications that subscription is about to expire. So when I renewed, it considered my payment as a new subscription. It automatically deleted my car profiles. I had to reset everything from scratch, I called customer service, and no one returned my calls. No more mercedes benz.

This app is a thinly veiled attempt by Mercedes to sign you up for subscription services. There's not a lot of functionality and normally I wouldn't bother to rate it. However, I got my year end offer to subscribe to digital service so I thought I'd find out what it would cost. I couldn't because my car wasn't recognized. So I deauthorized it and reconnected. Now all my user profiles need to be set up again. I'd bet android deleted the setup because this is a rarely used app.

Downgraded to 2 stars (from 3 stars): Roadside Assistance isn't in the app. You have to call & be put on hold 2X. For an EQB 300, when entering charging station info, app doesn't allow entry of decimal points, so you can't accurately enter the cost of electricity. Seems like a fundamental issue. No remote start using app, so no tire pressure display when outside car. The iPhone app widget is real time, but Android app must be opened to update widget. Developer response addresses none of these.

What’s new

This release introduces web-based registration, a revamped Highlights section and the all-new My payment methods feature—letting you save credit card info for future purchases. It also includes minor bug fixes, UI enhancements, and performance improvements.
