I use to get notifications of any and all transactions. After I updated my app. I don't receive any notifications. Went to settings on my phone. All correct. Went to settings in app. All good. Slide to push notifications. It's on. I press arrow back to main menu and go back, it is off. I've Uninstaller and installed app twice. Still the same issue.

The app constantly decides to disable fingerprint then say "Authentication Required". Then I enter the password and repeats the same message. Every time this happens I have to erase both username and the saved password, re-enter manually, and re-enroll in the online banking with my cell phone number. I've switched to just using the website in Firefox/dashlane because that's 10x faster.

App not working since update, just a blank screen. So dumb & I'm very frustrated. This app used to be so convenient & now it's the exact opposite. After uninstalling & reinstalling, also don't appreciate the forced auto-opt in for finger prints. There are other forms of verifying identity, you do not need that information and any pressure to provide it makes me want to close my account. That should be up to the user whether or not they want to use that form of verification.
