Ratings and reviews

This app is complete garbage and seems to be made to maximize profits for the landlord, forcing you to pay extra rent fees. Good luck logging in without having to reset your username and password, making it impossible to update your account in any way. Highly recommend, if forced to pay rent with this app simply don't sign a lease and find somewhere else to live. Good luck with support as you will receive a never ending loop of, "I'm sorry I didn't understand, please repeat your question" RUN!

I'd give this app negative stars if it was possible. I just moved in my apartment in May and I was able to process my first rent payment with no issues. Then came the password issues and when I was able to get into the app or website it keeps saying I'm paying for an application fee and won't get me somewhere to pay my rent. On top of that it says that I can't add my card because the complex doesn't take Visa or deal with my bank. Absolutely horrible!!!

Used the old app for years and no problems. Been using this app for 2 months and can't use my password more than once. Changed it 3 times and then it told me my billing address was incorrect. It keeps bringing up a credit card I used once years ago and trying to charge a $5 processing fee, plus fees for my credit card. It's a scam app. I'm one month away from reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. And if you go to the website, it's more of the same.
