I'm using generation 1 ring. I was a early bird buyer and disappointed for nth time. Now, the step counts are extrapolated. 35,000 steps a day? I just hit 15,000. Battery management is very poor. At start of 4th day, it shows 30% but by end of day, it runs out. For god's sake, instead of doing UI improvements, pls focus on the stability and new features.

there is not much option to record the workout there used to be freestyle but they have taken down that which is basic in any smart devices.

There is a lot of work needed in the App, the product and specially post sales service. After about two weeks usage the ring is not syncing with app. I tried to uninstall the app and reinstall it but no luck. Not able to do the factory reset as well. The post sales support is not at all prompt. Takes a lot of time to get a responce back. If this continues" Noise " going to loose a lot of customers.
