Not having to wait through the regular line is nice. I wish they processed debit/credit transactions faster. Sometimes, it takes several days, and it's thrown my account off balance. The food is generally good, as is the service, and the speed. Any time there has been an issue, management took care of it promptly and usually gives a little extra.

Oh, sure, I can order something through the app, but the rewards don't go through, even though I've met the requirements, i.e., minimum $5 purchse. All I want is my damn free fries that I paid for with previous visits. Also, the large lady at the drive in window gets mad when an order is placed through the app. Is it more work for her, or something?

I like my local checkers but this app is Terrible! Its hard to manage. It makes it confusing and difficult to use any rewards, dicounts, or app exclusive deals! worst off is, it says the store is closed when it isn't! A company as big as checkers/rallys should be embarrassed by how bad their app is! Other fast food companys are lightyears ahead of them when it comes to having a user friendly, streamlined app!
