I'm normally very good about checking my order location, but I recently made a mistake - so I asked for a refund. The stores cannot give a refund for orders made on this app, and when you call corporate, they'll never get back to you. I loved Mighty, but the lack of response from corporate has changed my mind. Now it just feels shady and like they don't care to have a good impression on their customer base.

I love the food but this app always leaves me wondering where the tip area is and I always end up skipping it and checking out then there's no way to add a tip on for the driver while I'm hoping he's not spinning on my food. You got to make that tip box huge so people can find it. We are at the mercy of the people that deliver our food and whatever they want to do to it if they see no tip

This is by far the worst fast food app. No way to add credit cards, tells you you can't order takeout with cash, and constantly glitches and bugs out. Years of complaints like this and these people can't figure it out. Don't waste your time with it and order somewhere else.
