This app is frustrating. It's slow and lags a lot. I'm also a member of the O'Club so I get emails for whatever specials they are running. The problem is that these specials NEVER show up on the app! (Nor are they on the website, but that's a different problem.) This app is totally useless so I'm reminded why I uninstalled it the first time. Save the space on your phone and just use the website.

Unable to place orders. It took 15 minutes to choose 2 items and I wanted to choose 4. It is easier to call to place an order. It is difficult to navigate to an item, and then choosing the details takes too long. Scrolling is slow and unresponsive, and choosing an option requires ten or more times of tapping an option before it shows up as selected. My favorites are gone, too. This app used to work pretty well, but I have not placed an order in 6 months. I go there weekly.

I don't normally write things like this, but this is a really bad app, and Paytronix Systems who designed it has a ton of work to do. - It doesn't use GPS to find where the closest restaurant is, but it requests location permissions anyway. - Any time you leave the app, it takes you back to the main menu, which is asinine. Sometimes you need to answer a phonecall, find your credit card number in your password vault, or anything else. Luckily it saves your cart, but it tends to forget things like your phone number and car color for some reason when you get back to that spot. - The interface is clunky and SLOW. I think it might be the images, but it's hard to tell. - There's a bar at the top that I'd expect you should be able to scroll to the left to get to each category, but it doesn't actually scroll. All it exists to do is show you which category you're in. - I've only used it once and it asked to save my CC#, but I've seen other reviews say it won't save, so I'm not confident it will. - It's a little confusing where you use your rewards. I'd assume there'd be a screen just after you go to your cart to say to use your free birthday pie or whatever, but you go all the way to the end to apply it, and then you choose the reward. It should be way earlier in the process. - I almost wanted to go back to use their (also pretty bad) website, but I was too invested after the fourth or fifth time I left the app and came back to the main menu. I don't know who did their UX design for this, but it's baaaad.
