Ratings and reviews

My problems are purely personal issues with the app. The snapshot will not allow me to change the transit mode, (sometimes it thinks I'm on a bike, when I don't even own a bike, and then it won't let me edit that.) Then, there is NO dark mode for the app that I can find. The entire app is a blinding white and really harsh on the eyes. (Same for the website.)

The app was fine for like a month, now every time I go onto it the app says I'm "offline" and I can't access anything. I'm not offline, I'm on WiFi or data but for whatever reason the app doesn't recognize this so I have to go onto the browser and do everything manually. Also progressive cancelled my renters insurance after I paid my auto insurance fully. Not related to the app, but don't expect any communication on matters like that because I still have no clue why it happened.

Snapshot is complete bs. I just switched to Progressive for a lower rate and AllState is being canceled. On my last two trips, Progressive shows a total of 4 hard stops (there should be none) while only showing where 3 "happened" one of which was in the middle of an Interstate. Meanwhile Allstate shows 0 for those trips.
