It is requested that further improvements may kindly be made in this application. At present, in the option of uploading pictures from Android, only the live camera is enabled. It is suggested that the gallery option may also be included, so that in case of weak or no signal, the user may capture and save the picture at that time, and later, whenever the signal is available, the same may be uploaded. Useless App I had submitted my reading through the app, which was 191 units. However, the meter reader came 2 days late and sent the reading, which had gone up to 203 units. I filed a complaint, and it showed that my issue was resolved but my bill was neither changed nor were the complaint details shown to me. It only showed that the issue was “solved.” Because the units exceeded 200, I was charged an extra 6,000.

This app has many issues. First, the meter is registered in my grandfather's name, but he is not educated enough to use the app. I handle all these tasks, but the app does not allow me to complete verification as his family member. It asks unnecessary information which make the process very complex.Second,some boxes in the app are not working properly. For example, when it asks for information, it does not let me type in them. Please fix these technical issues and make the process easier for us
