Load profile option doesn't work for my smart meter. In the start that was working for few days but now when ever i want to open it, it says "wait for a moment" and then no response for this option, and daily consumption option has also the same issue, it was also working for starting few days but now it doesn't show any thing. This problem is for last almost 1 month What's the issue is??

Useless App I had submitted my reading through the app, which was 191 units. However, the meter reader came 2 days late and sent the reading, which had gone up to 203 units. I filed a complaint, and it showed that my issue was resolved but my bill was neither changed nor were the complaint details shown to me. It only showed that the issue was “solved.” Because the units exceeded 200, I was charged an extra 6,000.

worthless app. i submitted pictures at least 5 times and every time i got an error after a few minutes of submission that the pictures aren't clear. and I am using a OnePlus 10 Pro. so there is no way that the pictures aren't high quality, it keeps rejecting it so their own team can later increase units as many as they want.
