The new updated app is not working like it use to with the August 8th update. I have the S25 Galaxy phone. I keep getting an error on the BILL PAY. My creditors come up in my bill pay but the screen is blank when I select the creditor and want to add the amount that is due and when it is due. So I must go on my computer to add the bill. It's frustrating!

never had any issues with the app, ever. now after this newest update, i keep getting an error message right when I open the app that says something about the app not working and the only option is "RETRY." It won't let me do anything in the app other than wait for the error message and then hit retry or just close it. Please fix your app!! I am not going to uninstall and reinstall, losing my user name and biometrics!

How did you manage to make this app WORSE over the years? It keeps throwing errors at me and now with the most recent changes it keeps refusing to either let me try logging in, refusing to log me in if I get past that error, and the one time I get to my account, a popup saying you've moved everything around, and when I click the x to look at my account it sends me to your youtube channel (???) and then I get booted out of the app with "can't process" again. Stop using AI to program your app.
