Just an absolute terrible app. the location services dont work half the time, the support is non existent, and even the verification process is hit and miss, I've uploaded my ID multiple times for this app to tell me I needed to redo it again. Then you get on the phone with some indian call center who cant explain why the app isn't working. horrible experience.

The only houses I have been able to see are the ones with the orange smart lock icon. Those houses I can see right away. other than that, I am not able to view any other houses because I have to wait on a code that never comes and once it's past your schedule day you can't go back to reschedule. In other words it's a waste of time. Out of the 10 plus houses I scheduled tours for, I have only been able to see 2.

I liked it more when you had options for service, like 5.99 for 10 views or 9.99 for 60 days. if you're traveling from out of town, you might not be able to use 60 days, & the 10 visit was a lot better. Also, Rently should be able to unlock the account & not the property management when you have to wait 3-5 days to be unlocked. It's ridiculous, & it's a waste of money for people who are doing out of town visit, because you may be relocating. That's definitely something, Rently should change.
