An absolutely abysmal app to try and use. Despite having multiple bars of 5g it struggles to load. Couldn't pay a bill due to the app not working (have screenshots), and after they restricted my service I finally got it working, turns out clicking on pay overdue bill, doesn't infact pay the overdue bill but part of it and next month bill. Leading me to get harassed by the app. And trying to contact support, it doesn't even work majority of the time, having to retry the connection constantly.

I believe you pay exuberant prices for everything and don't get the services you pay for. example you always get automated answering and then it takes 30min plus to talk to a person only to get someone from overseas that you can't understand and in the end you've spent over an hour plus on the phone not being able to resolve the problem because being passed from one person to another not feeling like a customer but just another number just to get money from

Telstra deserves to go under. I can't even make a payment on your useless app and to make matters worse I'm now getting harassed by phone calls demanding payment. Not until you fix your app will you see anything from me! Switched over to a different provider has been a blessing but I still can't pay my final bill with this useless company. Guess I'll be keeping that money 💸💰🖕
