Loses momentum in the last day or two of "Unlimited" service. When I earned points, it used to be added on instantly or accumulating where you could see them and now I don't even know if do it. the accumulation number sure doesn't seem to be raising except for when I pay my bill ,you never see them add it on. I went to go look at some more Simple Mobile phones at Walmart didn't have any, so it looks like they are gonna be gone

I'm not one to leave negative reviews unless it's called for, that being said, I have had service with simple mobile for a few months now, and here's what know about it. The plans are higher than it's competitors, and this last refill, I was 2 days into it when I received an email stating I was nearing 2gb of high speed data used, which I know was not the truth. Then they now have it throttled down so incredibly slow that I can't even open an app up. 😂 I urge everyone to go anywhere but here.

I've had this service for a number of years. In Nov 23 I was overcharged by $40 which they were able to refund in just over a week. Since then I have been unable to pay my bill or redeem any rewards points via app. There's always an error box pop up. I have to call and go through all the sales prompts before I'm able to pay the bill. The customer service is friendly but doesn't always help. I spent 30 mins in a chat to resolve an issue, "your issue is resolved", only it's still quite present.
