app is clunky, hard to find what you need, then once there, often it is impossible to remember how to get there. Also on occasion when multiple devices are on the same account, one or the other can't be paid separately. Budgets do not always allow for large lump sum payments. In order to do a single line or device, one MUST buy a refill card and enter it manually. Very poor app. The service is excellent so there are 3 stars, otherwise, I would have given 1 star.

UPDATE: I'm getting sick of this app and the website. It won't let me log in to my account. This is been going on far too long. I'm thinking about dropping them all together. It's just not worth the pure frustration it causes.I'm just done with it!! Also, there's always an issue with points,and not getting what i spend them on. Also, i don't want to see another reply telling me to contact support, like NO, how about just stop failing your customers. Everytime i call support, it takes forever.

How they have such a high rating is beyond me. Their app has so many issues. It is the least user-friendly app I think I have ever used and I feel like it just gets worse. For a company as big as they are, you would think they could afford a more user-friendly streamlined app experience. Constantly getting kicked out, half of their links and buttons do nothing at all when you click them, they still aren't covering my walmart+ despite their advertising, and won't let me redeem rewards!
