This app for myself, absolutely sucks. Nothing works on it anymore. I have been trying to add a service pin. Can't even do that. No navigation.... through the app as I use to. There is no functionality of the app. Total breakdown .. And I might just delete straight talk all together. This is the 3rd month. Disappointment. And now I cant even log onto the app. I just call in to add a service pin....now the bot wont let me talk to a real person. When I first got Straight Talk, the app was

one of the most annoying and difficult apps I've ever had the displeasure of using. I was supposed to get a $5 off discount for this purchase and was not given a discount code option to put in when my payment was processing. 1 Star was generous but my only option as zero stars was not an option. work on making this app way more user friendly.

The App works fine, but it will not allow you to remove any payment methods. The website did the same thing. I believe this is intentional, so they can charge a different method if they ever need to. I don't like having different cards saved on their site. I guess I'm going to have to call them and hope it doesn't take an hour to remove the payment methods I don't want on here. I get cashback on certain cards, so I only want the one that saves me most money on here.
