Blahh. the things that you really want to do are either counterintuitive very slow or non-responsive at all.. if I wanted to see my profile it's faster to open the website in Chrome, login and do it that way. the chat function in the app give me a white screen and nothing else, sooo I just log in to the website in Chrome. you get all these bonus points or whatever they call them. don't know what they're for nothing happens when you click on the icon. you can pay your bill so there is that

Always getting logged out for no reason and having log in issues. I have my log in set to tap to log in and for some reason the app would rather send me to the website over and over again causing my login to fail. I am putting in the correct password. I wouldn't have to put in the password if the app would just use my finger like I have it set up to do. 🤦🏿‍♀️The website and the app both have issues.

Today, 7-19-25 I tried logging in to my account yet again. To my surprise it won't let me. I'm prompted to type my password and the same thing happens over and over again, can't log in! I'm really hating this app right now! Also there had been an update, so I updated and still can't log in. I uninstalled and reinstalled with the same luck, so I restarted my phone and STILL cannot log in! It's very annoying. And doesn't even deserve a one star
