Ratings and reviews

Stops working when I need it the most. "Something unexpected happened" is not an error that user can deal with. Also, payments are very slow and they're forced to be done on the spot which causes lots of issues with the driver. Any reason to not have a pre-purchased set of tickets (short trip)? P.S. Contacted support on the same day, no response so far (9 days passed)

Bad app. There is no single ticket for adult. The app offers a single ticket but if you don't check info inside the app you never know that the single ticket is just for children. The staff inside the train S, very rude guy, asked me in German why I had used a child ticket. He took my passport and threatened me to call the police if I didn't pay the fine as I tried to explain that was a mistake and I could pay for the correct ticket. I had to pay a fine of €60. Awful experience.

After a recent update I was forced to login again, but I was not sure which email was used before. I tried to delete all previous accounts to resolve this but can't use my number as it still says that my number is being used by another account. I assume a previously deleted one. Tried to register with multiple new emails (even different domains) and immediately after email vérification I receive an error saying that my account was suspended and I should contact customer support. It's a mess.
