Too many hidden fees. I rented a truck for $29.95 that cost me over $60 before mileage. Not to mention how terrible the app functions. I know that you can return a vehicle to a different location than you picked it up from, but the app simply would not let me, despite listing the option. Clunky, confusing and constantly crashing. It really is not that hard to make an app that runs decently on Android OS. Especially for a multi billion dollar company.

awful experience. after having me sign in 3 times, it finally let me stay signed in and find my reservation. after taking 2 of 5 required photos, it kicked me out saying "low memory" and now the rental is in limbo somewhere because it doesn't show up on active or past rentals. had to call uhaul support to sort it out. This is NOT a quick and easy customer experience. If youre going to force people to use your app for everything, make sure the app works.

Terrible experience from start to finish. My pickup was rescheduled multiple times when I showed up to pickup, and I had to contact customer service three times, plus chat several times more, which barely worked due to constant freezing and bug in the app. After drop-off, I was wrongly charged for fuel and had to contact support again. The app is buggy, the process was frustrating, and I wouldn’t recommend U-Haul even to my worst enemy. 0 stars.
