This app is very useful on the day to day, eapecially because I live far from a bank, but I think a recent update may have bugged it, because between one day and the next these past two weeks I haven't been able to log in. It kept citing "unable to connect to server" but I can still access the site through desktop just fine. Attempting to uninstall/reinstall now results in the app crashing immediately. Please fix this so I can have access to my bank account without needing a desktop!

This is SOOOO Frustrating! "The Best Bank in the World" made a horrible decision to update their App in a way that prevents so many people from using it. And Umpqua, please don't reply that I can still log on through your website. I'm aware of that! The website does not allow me to deposit checks as the App did. I've been with the same bank for over 30 years (although it's changed hands several times).... but this might be the final straw that leads me to switch.

Up until recently I had no problems with this app. I'm fact, I would go so far as to say it was great, fully would have given it 5 stars. But now, die to a recent update the mobile app is no longer "supported on [my] device". I have apps both older and newer then this update that continue to work perfectly fine and my phone doesn't need a software update, I checked. I'm not sure what happened on their end to cause this issue but it's ridiculous.
