Lots of Technical Errors, No Customer Service. I got this app because I do not have any rewards credit cards and wanted to start earning miles on every day purchases. I was extremely happy with this app for the first week until it stopped working. Now, every time I try to buy an eGift card, it declines every attempt. Customer service is extremely slow and does not seem to focus any energy on improving the app or fixing these issues. It is such a shame they cannot make this a better app.

MileageX is a great program for earning rewards through purchases. However, the option to buy gift cards for different stores often doesn’t work, which is very disappointing. It's frustrating when you're trying to purchase a gift card to earn points, but the feature rarely works as expected. It really takes away from the overall experience—hopefully this issue gets fixed soon.

Previously I would have given it 4 stars, but they overhauled the app a while back & removed an important feature--the ability to refresh balances on purchased cards. In the previous version I could drag down to refresh (with the caveat that some cards may not update). No longer. I also drop a star because they make it very difficult to delete a credit card once added (adding is easy), & the fact that you have to do this on your MileagePlus profile isn't even mentioned in the MileagePlus X FAQ.
