The facial recognition for large transfers doesn't work for me. I'm extremely myopic and have bad astigmatism. I can't see the text on the facial recognition without the phone very close to my face. Then it is too close to work. I have to get someone to read and tell me what to do. For some reason it won't work with my glasses on as it can't see my eyes. Other Bank apps work with my glasses on. pretty poor. setting the app up was troublesome too.

It's improving after my last comment. The slow process time after transfer has been fixed. So it is fair to edit my comment. Note that the process of transferring money starts with typing PIN before QR scan which differs from other Thai bank. Anyway, good app. Using it regularly. Fix the e-donation doesn't link with the govt tax reduction database sometimes and some small things then it would be 5 star 🤩.

Doesn't work when you need to use it urgently. What do you mean finding my phone rooted? I just updated my phone Updated Review. Still giving 1 star for the face sub-par recognition. I am using a flagship grade phone so it's no excuse that the face recognition keeps failing. I will remove all my savings and close down the account really soon.
