the direct express is really great,and the phone automated info is very good. however the mobile app is absolute garbage. it will lose your login info. if you call customer support you will never get through. it just Say there busy and call again later and then hangs up on you. .. card service is very good but don't bother with the app!!!!!!!!

It would be great if it allowed me to log in using my thumb. It would be great if it let me log in at all. It says my info doesn't match anything in their system when I try to reset my password. I know for a fact it is all correct and should match. But it's telling me it doesn't. Almost like they deleted my account. I sure hope that isn't the case, but someone in the reviews had that happen to them recently. Absolute dumpster fire of an app. Get your sh together, people rely on you.

I haven't been able to open the app since I've installed it. Every once in a while I could get the old app to open, now I get told "for a better banking experience use new app" My money disappeared last month. This month, I'm afraid to even use the card except to pay a bill, even that's iffy! Never know if you are going to get declined. When you are finally able to speak to a live person, I'm told no transportation came thru! This is a nightmare!
