Ratings and reviews

Walmart needs to fix it's Paramount Plus on Walmart Plus. You can't upgrade to Paramount Plus premium on the app or on a PC or any kind of device. It gives an error, even when I contacted customer service they got the same error message. Walmart fix your services!!! Don't suggest clearing/emptying cache, did that and it STILL GIVES AN ERROR MESSAGE. Changed browsers, same thing. It's your system Walmart, fix it. Dealing with this for 3 days now.

Only complaint is that a couple of times I've received zero SMS or push notifications about my order, despite having all of those options turned on in the app. Sometimes I get them, recently it seems I don't. Having an order sit on my doorstep for an hour without my knowledge is frustrating considering bugs and weather.

Ordering groceries online shouldn't be this much of a hassle. Requesting a refund is like pulling teeth. They deliver spoiled or damaged items, and when you tell them about it, they act like it's YOUR fault. It's annoying. Also, why does Walmart put a temporary hold fee on items that are substituted if the price of the substituted items is LOWER than the original item. Yes, I understand if the items cost more than the original item, but if it costs less it shouldn't need a temporary hold.
