Ratings and reviews

When you buy a blu-ray/DVD combo that's what you should get. Instead was sent just blu-ray edition. 2nd time this has happened. I don't have a printer to print out a return label. I don't drive due to health issues that's why I order online. So I can't return . It wasn't my mistake. It was yours. If you don't have it you shouldn't advertise it. Or workers are too in a hurry to get the orders out they keep making mistakes. I would post pics but no where to attach it.

I had place an on line order and Everytime I submitted it, it would say accepted and 2 minutes later cancelled. I reordered 3 times with the same results. I contacted support were I was told that Everytime I submitted order the money was placed on hold to return. so for almost 2 weeks my money was not available and I never was successful in placing the order.

3 stars only because the customer service is on it every time I need them, otherwise would have been 2 stars. The substitutions page on mobile app is frustrating, enraging and makes me not want to order. God forbid if you accidentally swipe down too fast or from too far up on the screen, it'll kick you out of the entire process and NONE of your choices will have saved. So for those of us who are ordering a lot of items, it gets very irritating very VERY quickly. Otherwise, it's a good app.
