I love the app, but every time I use it and I'm trying to screenshot what I'm sending a popup comes up and asks me to rate it, blocking my view. get rid of the rating question!!!! the app is great, but the lowest score is because of this stupid pop-up. also they do not warn you ahead of time when they are doing updates on the site and when it changes you think you're logging onto a hacked site

It's getting better WU! Thanks for working out the bugs. UPDATE: tried to use points, wouldn't work. and now they will only allow 2.00 off no matter how many points you have...terrible! My biggest complaint is the send fees from the app are now astronomical in comparison with going to a WU send store, which is 2/3 higher in the WU app... WHAT?!. so that means more trips to send money. so I guess they're charging me for convenience? ridiculous 🤨. unfortunately, I have no other choice.

I don't know what happened to this app. It was super on point up until a year or so ago. Can't do quick resend of money unless I go back to ones I did in early 2024. Finally got my points when they "fixed" it. Went from 110 to 1290 that's how long it's been screwed up. Super frustrating to use now since I consistently send the same person money. I'd rather go into a store or call just to get it done because this app is trash now. Sorry not sorry.
