Absolutely abysmal app and website reliability. The website has a 10 second delay on every action you do, and after doing the whole rigmarole of registering for the services, the app won't allow you log on afterwards. Please don't waste your time using this app or the website

worst banking app I ever used, slow, biometric log in doesn't show up, always forgets saved password and email.. make it smoother devs come on!

If I could, I wouldn't be here, but how long does it take to verify someone who has had an account with you for 3 years? It is exhausting to keep trying to get verified with a passport but somehow your application doesn't want to move onto the next steps. I literally had to buy a new phone because I thought my old one had an issue but no, not even the latest phone can get past your verification process. Tonnes of emails with customer service, no solution, 10 months down the line..Unbelievable..
