Very poor experience got $3000 worth of money orders a $1000 apiece, because it's the quickest way to get money out, when u dont use a bank so I can get cash in hand and to purchase a vehicle. But when the time came into cashing, then we could only cash 2 of them. I could not catch the third at the same-store couple days later to allow it to go through the system. So I lost out on being able to purchase a vehicle And got charged $35 as a late fee.For an unknown reason on why couldn't cash 3rd 1

Since the very first time I used the app, I only encountered issues. Every time a new problem appears that will not allow me to send money. Please fix the app's bugs and problems. The registration process was complicated since the app would not let me make the call, nor register my details. Then every time I needed to add money, it wouldn't let me more than a 100 RON. Now I can't send money because apparently I have to select options when sending, but there are no options to select. A nightmare.

If I could, I wouldn't be here, but how long does it take to verify someone who has had an account with you for 3 years? It is exhausting to keep trying to get verified with a passport but somehow your application doesn't want to move onto the next steps. I literally had to buy a new phone because I thought my old one had an issue but no, not even the latest phone can get past your verification process. Tonnes of emails with customer service, no solution, 10 months down the line..Unbelievable..
