If I could, I wouldn't be here, but how long does it take to verify someone who has had an account with you for 3 years? It is exhausting to keep trying to get verified with a passport but somehow your application doesn't want to move onto the next steps. I literally had to buy a new phone because I thought my old one had an issue but no, not even the latest phone can get past your verification process. Tonnes of emails with customer service, no solution, 10 months down the line..Unbelievable..

· Slow & Unreliable App: The app was consistently slow and would often freeze, even with a good internet connection. · Endless Verification: I was asked to verify my identity multiple times for a small transfer. · No Response: After sending my details several times, I never got a reply or any follow-up.

I try to change my password because I forgot it.Called the team support to change my number phone because I don't have access to the older one,they pretend that they changed but when I try to change my password it's sending the code to the order number,so it's not changed.I called many times on support service but no solution!Also on another account I put money,when I try to pay with virtual card it's said"system error"! I call them and they say it's all ok🤦🏻‍♂️Can't pay or withdraw my money😡
