SmartHub provides utility and telecommunications customers account management at their fingertips. Customers can view their usage and billing, manage payments, notify customer service of account and service issues and receive special messaging from their local utility or telecommunications company.

Bill & Pay -
Quickly view your current account balance and due date, manage recurring payments and modify payment methods. You can also view bill history including PDF versions of paper bills directly on your mobile device.

My Usage -
View energy usage graphs to identify high usage trends. Navigate graphs quickly using an intuitive gesture based interface.

Contact Us -
Easily contact your service provider by email or phone. You can also submit one of the many predefined messages, with the ability to include pictures and GPS coordinates.

News -
Provides a convenient way to monitor news that may affect your service such as rate changes, outage information and upcoming events.

Service Status -
Displays service interruption and outage information. You can also report an outage directly to your service provider.

Maps -
Displays facility and payment dropbox locations on a map interface.

Manage Wifi-
Easily manage your WiFi network and connected devices. Maintain passwords, troubleshoot issues, create and control guest networks, limit access to connected devices, create rules with parental controls and check internet speed.

Ratings and reviews

This app is alright. Reports aren't great, could be more intuitive. Good for looking at & paying my bill. When I can log into my account. I know I'm entering in my password correctly. I say I'm having trouble accessing my account & it asks all these questions to verify I'm me. One of them is what is the last amount I was billed. The amount I enter doesn't match the records. That is because I CAN'T ACCESS MY ACCOUNT TO SEE THE STATEMENT THAT JUST CAME OUT TODAY! I only know last month's amount.

I have used this app for years. I'm on a time of use meter & it was really easy to see how much electricity was used during the peak versus the non-peak hours. "Something" changed in late January & now I can't see any usage detail, just the total kWh used per day. Unbilled usage is totally missing. I am on autopay, so there's no chance of my payment being missed & I can see the info I need on my provider's website, but it is MUCH less convenient. This app used to be 5 stars, but not anymore.

It is a nice app, but I am not sure if it is the app or my power company. One week it will show usage everyday including weekends, the next week it does not show weekends or the week until Thursday. There is no rhyme or reason. For example, i had it through Christmas, but the last reading was the 27th. Now it is Wednesday and I am still waiting to see our usage. The other thing I wish is that it would tell me not just the amount used but the reading of the meter.
