The verification process is ridiculous and counterintuitive. It's had me playing puzzles with grainy tiny pictures. Once the documents are uploaded, I am informed that a confirmation will be sent to my mailing address. Why? Why can't it be sent to my email so that I know right away that my documents were received and are to my electronic application? When I checked the app the following day - none of the uploaded documents were there. Where did they go? Do I need to upload them again? It seems the entire process is made to be extra convoluted so that people would rather go homeless and hungry rather than deal with a flawed system. P.S. why can't you make it possible to upload documents from one's computer right after the application is completed?

This application sucks! Wasn't the one everyone was required to use worked just fine for that? Why do we need separate entity app for uploading our documents?? AND WHY RECAPTCHA? Why does that need to be in there? I literally tried more than 10 times to submit some files for my recertification and you guys are literally delaying us on purpose, making everything more difficult. That's not cool and I hate that so much. And did I mention that function doesn't even work either? Because it doesn't!

The application is very convenient when you're unable to go bring documents to the HRA office. Since I downloaded the application it seems to be more efficient than taking them to a site location. Documents I uploaded before were not on my case now so it seems I am starting all over again with adding an individual when I done it that same week I received their documentation. It's the city and working for them myself I know it's a never ending story of DELAYS.
