The worst experience I had was that they first took my order and showed a delivery time of 20 minutes. After 20 minutes, no delivery partner was assigned. Then, after another 30 minutes, it showed that one of my orders got canceled. I eventually received the delivery, but my refund amount has still not been credited. I tried calling customer care, but no one answered my calls. I feel like they wasted my time and money

I bought a shampoo from you that was delivered damaged, so I returned it. I was told the refund would be processed in 7 days, but it still hasn’t been credited. I also tried the in-app message option but couldn’t connect with an agent. There’s no call feature, no email reply — this is the worst customer service I’ve seen. Process my refund immediately.

i bought a ambrane earphone from instamart, i connected it for the first time from my phone just 5 min after delivery and it started making static noise and irritating back ground noice...the return and replacement policy suggest that item is eligible for replacement within 3 days of purchase in the unlikely event of a damaged, defective item, but after an hour of purchase when i asked for replacement they denied and asked me to contact brand.....there's no customer support provided by this app.
