Took my payment and then said the lot is closed with no history of the transaction. I paid via the physical kiosk instead. 20 minutes later I received a receipt email from parkmobile for the transaction as if it had succeeded. The app still says I have no current parking session, my history has no session at the lot, yet it took my money anyway. Avoid this app if you have another option to park, the payment processing clearly has some major issues. UPDATE: My support request is still unanswered.

Just installed. You think it would walk you through what needs to be in place before it lets you do anything. Got stuck in a loop of it said I had invalid payment when I finally found the lot.... it doesn't have an option to use location. Then didn't let me use my Google wallet even though it said it would. It let me go through PayPal set up but wouldn't save. Took my cc and my car tag, found the lot again and then invalid payment again. Had to exit and go back in and find the lot again.

Whatever you did caused the app to stop working. The zones don't show on the map. Type in zone and it is asking me what city when I'm clearly standing in the one showing on my map. Then it tells me my payment method isn't accepted without giving any other option (even though all payment methods are shown in a little graphic.) Had to use the website to pay. Very frustrating when you are trying to get somewhere and then have to stand around for 15 minutes trying to pay for parking.
