What happened to this app? It used to be so dependable. For the last week, I can log in but it won't let me actually see any account info before it logs me out again. I tried a reinstall and the same issue persists. I sign in, the accounts page loads, I click on an account and I get redirected back to the log-in page. Unacceptable! I hope they get this sorted asap.

This looks pretty, but doesn't work as well as the other one. It gives you instructions, but then when you follow them they don't actually work. I can do a quick balance check without signing in and I have to have a passcode on my phone to see the balance without singing in. I work in the Operating Room, I have to use my phone to text doctors frequently one handed while doing something else at the same time. Entering a pass code is awkward at best!

The old app worked all the time. 70% of the time I can't even log in to this app, even after updating. I just get an error saying there was an issue that interrupted the sign in process. Scrolling instead of checking to select account is hard to stop on the correct account. It's difficult to find some things too, like opening a new account. Having the app is pointless. I mostly have to resort to logging in with a browser instead to actually do anything.
