very useful app 98% of the time. Occasionally I will receive a network error message, And I can not see my banking info. I know it's not my network connection as I just got a new setup a week ago. when I do a wifi connection test it says I'm getting great connection. I play online games with no issues. Restart my phone and try again, reconnect to my Wi-Fi and log on for it to tell me I have a bad connection. Great bank and pretty good app. hope the issue can be fixed soon.

The camera needs to be better optimized for android, my Pixel 7 Pro struggles taking basic pictures of my paychecks without blurring out and being out of focus. It takes an average of 4 retries per check just to get a "good enough" photo. Never had this problem when I used iPhone, and my camera is way better on the pixel than the iPhone. At least add the ability to focus the camera on the app when trying to take a picture.

Often does not load. I use it mainly to check my balances because it frequently won't let me select an account to transfer money from. Many times I can't even do that due to an "unexpected network error" that leaves a blank page and none of the tabs work. It also fails to read / scan checks. It barely performs its basic functions.

Hi Sunny! A few suggestions- Try removing and redownloading the app to get the latest version. If you're experiencing delays and connection errors, try clearing the app's data cache in your phone settings. Finally, some SunMobile users have reported that simply logging out and logging back into SunMobile helps gets the app up and running!
