This app is the most important app I have but also the most frustrating. The amount of errors I get signing in is ridiculous. I have to keep closing it and reopening it and it asks me for my password then my fingerprint and then password then fingerprint then error and it's a cycle and a hassle every single time. I just sign in online to do my transfers but it's VERY inconvenient. Too many errors and it keeps crashing. No other app I have does this.

Visual Mess, Very Unintuitive Interface. Very, very unclear on how you're supposed to use it to pay an auto loan. Better off going to a branch and paying in person. First vehicle payment I've ever had that requires you to transfer money to a savings account, and then transfer it to the loan account. I can't wait to see how to make principal only payments, I'll probably just go in person.

App doesn't work recently. I'll put in my member number & password and hit "login" and nothing happens regardless of how many times I push the button. I unistalled the app and reinstalled to see if it was broken... same thing. It will work once in a blue moon by happenstance but it consistently does not work.
