HOW TO APPLY FOR THE ATOME CARD
1. Download the Atome app and tap the Card tab on the home page.
2. Tap “Apply for free” and choose your preferred Atome Card.
3. Fill in your personal information and upload your ID.
4. Get approved in 1-2 days.
5. Receive your Atome Card via mail.

I'm having a major headache with Atome! 😩 Out of nowhere, I got an unknown transaction and customer service is taking forever to sort it out. Unfortunately, it was already billed and I'm not going to pay the bill that I didn't use. On the bright side, the app's card lock feature is a nice safety – at least it prevents further unwanted transactions. Hopefully, they resolve this ASAP.

VERY BAD EXPERIENCE!!! BETTER GO TO A REGULAR BANK-ISSUED CC. After paying, nothing was credited back. I've been with ATOME for more than a year and this is the 1st time that it happened to me. Their customer service is highly disappointing. I'll surely cancel this thing after I settled my bills with them. AND I CAN'T WAIT...

If there is an option for Zero. I will give this app a Zero rating. Worst customer service ever. I requested a card since November 2024 and up until now I still have not received it. They do not do a follow through with their tickets. They will only respond with email scripts that are totally nonsense. I have given them my address 3 times since they asked for it again, but their internal departments (customer service and logistics) are not in sync. Terrible! It has been 8 months!!!
