This is such a terrible app. You can't even look up any previous transactions on your account. Just gives you your balance. That is it! If I can give a zero star review I would. I preferred the old app way better. I had my account, mortgage and credit card listed and I had more control or features over it. With the new one it is just showing my local account. And I live overseas so online banking is a must for me. BDO listen to your bad reviews!

It is not in sync with the BDO online website. You need to enroll all the accounts, bills, favorites, and enrolled other person's account again. Additionally, when you change the password from this app and try to log in to the online internet website, neither the new nor old password will work. This will lock your account, requiring you to reset the password again. While the old app is not very good, I prefer it over this upgraded version.

App always encounters different kinds of errors and their maintenance teams and developers do not do a good job of maintaining the stability of their app. There is always a downtime. This makes their app very unreliable. There is always a fear that your transfers would not go through. Also transfers to other banks cost 10 pesos and they do not have it work so that you can have a few free transfers for a certain amount only.
