doesn't work. won't accept my account number. says the account number needs to be 8 chars, but my account number, when I log in on the website, is only 7. they say I need the latest version to fix that problem. I just installed it again, so it must be the latest version. there's no way to confirm because they won't tell me what the latest version number is.

I've never been successful in actually using this app as it's perpetually stuck on the blue loading screen on my Samsung Ultra S23. A look at the community forum shows dozens with the same issue since 2024 and the developers still haven't been able to isolate the issue. And yes, I've done all the troubleshooting steps: clearing app data and cache, teinstalling and rebooting. App is latest version, as is my Android OS. Get it together Bell.

I updated, and now can't get logged in - gives error saying incorrect credentials & I didn't get the point of entering my information. I uninstalled the update and then get an error thats says can't connect to the network. Very frustrating. I've been a Bell customer for over 10 years, this is not new!!!
