Ratings and reviews

The Barclays app used to be good, but not anymore. Whoever messed around with it should be fired. Some screens can easily be read. Other pages the font size is way too big and you don't know who the charge is from. The scrolling feature doesn't work properly to view charges. I'd be better off getting paper statements in the mail again! You also can't redeem points on the app. You can only do so on the actual website. What a waste of an app. ...and yes, I do have Android 12 already on my phone!!

This app is so glitchy. Every time I use it it makes me re-enter my password and toggle biometrics back on even though I've already done that multiple times. It also asks me a bunch of security questions every time I enter the app even though I've done so multiple times and spaced apart by a day or so. This is pretty concerning seeing as it contains a lot of sensitive info and is constantly asking for more. The Discover app is awesome and never gives me issues, and is super easy to use.

It has stopped working, and will not even load. There seems to be a bug...please fix it. RESPONSE: I do have the latest version of Android, and have unistalled/reinstalled. It used to work, but now getan error that it has a bug and it will not even open. Help, please.
