Ratings and reviews

The new update and the whole redesign of the whole app and the UI is horrendous. The previous UI was just perfect, simple and nothing more. The layout was perfect and everything was in reach from the homepage, but this new update is the worst. They have even managed to change my gender with this new update, wow. And the customer service is the worst, they still have not replied to my email. Bring back the old UI.

They have their "fund transfer" on the home page and "payment" in another. I dont know about you but after already paying for mobile banking i dont wanna be paying extra 10rs for every transaction. Idk if it only applies to fund transfer. But i am this close to changing banks. Do better

I don't like these new rules to login into an app where you need a SIM card on that device to authorize for new devices. For security purposes, it's fine, but this is too much. It's kind of the worst thing ever I'm experiencing.
