User interface is nice. However, because there is only ACH option, expect delivery time to be days. Not good if you are trying to send money quickly. I sent money almost a week ago and it still hasn't been received. Not sure if the app is to blame. Maybe it's the banks. Either way, they should look into expanding beyond ACH as only option.

I've been using this app for more than 6 years now. It's always fast and reliable. There's only few occasions that I had issues sending money and it was the bank's info, not the app. Customer service is on the dot of any issues and won't let you go without resolving it Promt and accurate with their response and if they don't hear from you, they'll call you to assure that they're resolving the issue. I am happy using kabayan Remit.

This money transfer app serves higher rate than any other money transfer one, very convenient to use and user friendly as well. however, sometimes there is a delay without giving us notice on that delay for the recipient. I hope you can come up with a way to notify us whenever you have a system failure. thank you
